Website terms & notices
About this website, our development work and access to the simulation lab.

Operator and contact
This website is operated by Kite Industries, Inc., using the Kite brand. General questions: contact@kiteprinters.com. Technical help, accessibility issues or corrections: support@kiteprinters.com. Our privacy notice explains how we handle information.
Development status
Kite is developing a circuit-board printer. The integrated printer, kiln, materials process and illustrated boards are development work, not a released or certified product. Renderings and simulations explain concepts and targets; they do not establish manufacturability, safety, reliability or measured hardware performance. The dated progress page distinguishes physical prototype work from modeled designs.
Examples, estimates and targets may change as testing proceeds. The site does not take printer orders or deposits, and an updates signup is not a reservation, purchase agreement or commitment to a delivery date. Any future sale will have its own specifications and terms.
Simulation lab
Lab access is by invitation and model-specific permission. Keep your credentials and invitation links private, use only the access granted to you, and do not attempt to bypass authentication or interfere with the service. Access to a model does not grant permission to redistribute private engineering files or imply that a design is ready to manufacture. Any separately agreed license or confidentiality agreement continues to govern the material it covers.
Engineering findings, unknown parameters and qualification warnings are part of the model. Do not treat an animation, passing software check or nominal geometry as approval to build or operate machinery. Independent engineering review and physical validation are needed before relying on a design.
Content and third-party materials
Kite content, branding and engineering materials are owned by Kite Industries, Inc. or their respective rights holders. Third-party names are used to identify their owners; references to organizations or project support do not imply their endorsement of a Kite product. No trademark-registration claim is made here.
Third-party software keeps its own license: Three.js, Manifold, three-mesh-bvh, and the Archivo and Michroma fonts. Those licenses, rather than this notice, govern the applicable third-party code and font assets.
Inquiries and availability
Send only information you are entitled to share. Public contact and career forms are not confidential engineering-file submission channels. Career discussions are exploratory while role scope, compensation, location and eligibility are being defined; submitting interest is not an offer of employment or equity.
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but errors and interruptions can occur. Please report a problem to support@kiteprinters.com. These notices do not exclude any rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
